RENTAL PROPERTY MANAGER - The Danville Redevelopment and Housing Authority in Danville, Virginia, seeks a Rental Property Manager for one of its public housing properties. Provides site management services including but not limited to processing applications; showing and leasing apartments; processing service calls and supervising maintenance work for apartments, buildings, and grounds; conducting annual recertifications of tenants and performing annual home inspections; processing court cases and evictions; handling tenant complaints and developing solutions; investigating disturbances and lease violations.
