Rep 2, Credit Collections (Inbound)

Tasks: - Handles inbound calls that are routine-to-intermediate in complexity, escalating calls beyond scope of responsibility. Typically transfers calls to appropriate person as necessary. - Answers inquiries, resolves problems, and promotes products/services. Requires general knowledge of the organization, products, and/or services. - May assess needs and suggest/promote alternative products or services. - Navigates a computerized data entry system or other relevant applications. - Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary. - Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Requirements Requirements: - High School or Equivalent - - - Generally requires 2-5 years related experience Additional Requirements: ? Minimum 2 years collections experience in a call center environment ? Excellent verbal communications and customer service skills ? Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel ? Must possess strong problem solving and negotiations skills ? Ability to manage constructive criticism in a positive manner ? Must be adaptable to change, flexible and demonstrate persuasive communication and organizational skills ? Ability to work in a fast paced environment ?
