Rep Acct - Inbound Retention

Description Answer Inbound disconnect or downgrade calls and attempt to save the customer or the service. Must use superior customer service skills to uncover reasons for disconnection and sell customer into keeping existing service or switching to a comparable package. Duties and responsibilities: Answer inbound disconnect or downgrade calls and attempt save on every call Uncover and track reasons for disconnects Utilize KDB s to be aware of all save disconnect campaigns or promotions Access and update customer accounts in Cabledata Adhere to all schedules and policies and procedures of department Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications Superior Customer Service and Communication Skills Knowledge of Cabledata and Aspect phone system 2+ years call center experience preferably customer service or sales Spanish bilingual a plus Proven ability to work under pressure
