Below please find a brief description of the essential duties and responsibilities required to function successfully in this position. Essential Job Functions: - Will be expected to receive, research, and respond to telephone and/or written customer inquiries regarding available services, rates, service installation related issues and all other customer generated requests. - Utilize the CSG to review and update customer service records, issue work orders and service repair tickets. Interact with other departments as required to support the provisioning of service. - Prepare routine reports and assists management with special projects as assigned. - Assist with various administration duties including: typing, answering phone, taking messages.
