Drive for maximum account retention through managing and servicing existing hospital accounts. Provide continuing education to the customer on the order process, marketing, compliance, etc. Manage customer relationships to ensure that customer needs are met and Quest Diagnosticsâ business objectives are satisfied.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensures customer retention by maintaining relationships with hospital accounts.
Partners with the Account Executive to analyze opportunity in existing accounts, and jointly sell specialty/esoteric tests within targeted accounts.
Manages the customer order process for existing accounts by providing on-going client education and analyzes worst offenders; employs standard processes for collecting missing information.
Builds relationships at multiple levels within the account; builds relationships with internal support positions and with operations to maximize efficiency of processes.
Ensures compliance with company policy and government regulations.
