Title: Rep I-Operations Location: Utah-Salt Lake City Other Locations: Global Prepaid Supply Chain representative. Primary duties include invoice processing for both Operations and Expansion groups. Also include assisting with data proofing, verifications reports and other duties as required. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: * Manage the day to day purchase order and invoice process. * Gather support documentation and issue requisitions and purchase orders as required. * Enter receipts and process invoices against purchase orders and work orders. * Prepare and submit invoices to A/P which includes gathering appropriate support and signoff. * Monitor purchase orders to match pricing and terms per negotiated and agreed to contracts. * Prepare month end financial accrual, received not invoiced, and other reports as needed. * Prepare monthly cost center re-class summaries. * Assist with quality checks on Data Proofs for card production. * Assist with Travelers Cheque and Card Legacy System data keying verification process. * Update weekly inventory reports. * Comply with all SOX testing requirements to insure the invoicing process remains in control. * Support leader in ad-hoc projects and initiatives. * Other duties as assigned. * Effective understanding accounting principles * Proficiency in MS office environment * Working knowledge of MRP/ERP systems, DocX * Ability build and maintain business relationships with internal and external business partners * Communication skills both verbal and written * Must be able to multitask * Exceptional time management and organizational skills * Very detail oriented * Strong problem solving skills
