Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities
Troubleshoot, test, assemble, disassemble and perform visual inspection of electro-mechanical assemblies
Assist in reworking, repairing and modifying non-conforming equipment
Perform complex and difficult tests with minimal instruction and documentation
Ability to identify and communicate technical problems by using logical troubleshooting techniques
Provide coaching to other technicians in areas of proven competence
Compliance with HSE policies and procedures
Basic Qualifications
Technical degree or Associates in Electrical or Mechanical field OR 3 years experience maintenance/military/electronic repair of complex equipment.
Versed in AC/DC circuits and electro-mechanical devices is preferred
Proficient in the use of oscilloscopes is desired but not required
Ability to trouble shoot problems independently and apply training in new ways.
Desired/Preferred Qualifications
Must be able and willing to work overtime as required
Must be able to work on call every 3rd week to include nights and weekends.
