Repairs Advisor

Temporary 8 week role with a view to a permanent position for an inbound customer service roles with immediate start. Hours are rotational between 8am - 6.30pm and employees are required to work 1 Saturday every 5, 8am - 12pm. The role is dealing with inbound calls from tenants, enquiring about repairs and general queries.

The opportunity is to join a not-for-profit organisation owning 14,600 homes in West Salford. They take a ‘can do, will do’ approach to their work and are proud of their success so far. Their strong relationships with customers and partners have helped them make significant improvements in the local communities.

Based in Eccles next to the tram stop. Immediate starters ONLY as the role starts Tuesday 28th May.

Previous experience in housing and customer service is essential.
