Position Description:
Position include those responsible for designing/developing, programming, maintaining and publishing operational reports. Provides operational analysis utilized for decision making. May make recommendations based on the analysis, and provide explanations for reporting results as needed. May be done for internal operational purposes as well as for customers.

Requirements:
- High school diploma/GED required
- 1+ years of reporting or data analysis experience; i.e. someone who is skilled in working with reporting, receiving request, extracting data, writing queries, refreshing reports, skilled in utilizing databases, etc.
- Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook; i.e. Word - creating procedure documentation; Excel - creating/running macros, formulas, formatting; Access - query building, running queries, extracting data; Outlook - emailing with internal customers and team members
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; i.e. someone who is familiar with utilizing MS Word for procedure documentation, emailing with internal customers and team members, facilitating virtual communication with team in various locations
Assets:
- Familiarity with relational databases is a plus; i.e. table structures, experience with several different databases and how they are related, normalization of tables, etc.
- Familiarity of Crystal Reports is a plus
- Experience in the health insurance industry, preferred
