Your mission :
- The mission of the IT Reporting Analyst is to manage the reporting development request (customized reporting, flat files, statistics, ...) received from the clients (internal external).
- These reportings are generated out of our three main Infocenters (GC, FA TA) fed by our operational systems (FOCUS, MULTIFONDS SARA)
Key activities:
- Analysis of requests (new - change) coming from internal (desks, local entities) or external clients.
- Functional requirement definition and creation of a specification book detailing the script to be developed in order to build the report and extract the data out of the Infocenter (format, data analysis, parameters, selection criteria, diffusion, ...)
- Request coordination together with the team IT Reporting Development team.
- Synchronization with the various parties involved through a workflow tool
- (workload, status, follow up).
- Unit testing before validation on the requestor's side
- Proposals to improve the flows, the tools and the procedures in place.
- Client integrations
- Infrastructure changes
Technical knowledge:
- Database management extraction tools such as:
- Business objects Webi
- SQL
- Crystal Report
Profile:
- Degree +3/+4 or equivalent expertise
- French and English are mandatory
- Very good knowledge of at least one of the following operational activity
o Fund Administration
o Global Custody
o Transfer Agent
- Project management
