Reporting Analyst
A leading consumer Finance organisation is looking to hire an interim Assistant Accountant to support the different business units. The role is to cover a workers absence and will be a minimum of 2 months but they may be extended. The role is based in Pimlico and the successful candidate must be able to start on short notice.
The Role:
* Support stakeholder decision making and planning through the provision of information and flagging and risks or issues to stakeholders.
* Define and develop reports that support business requirements, with the aim of automating the update and delivery of information.
* To manage and develop a process to ensure core data is accurate which impacts on associated outputs.
* Responsible for collating all the information and adjustments from the business, making the changes in Cognos and preparing the financial reports.
The Requirements:
* Part qualified or studying - ACCA, CIMA, ACA, AAT
* Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex information.
* Able to identify risks, communicate financial information and support business decision making.
* You must have a strong understanding of Cognos
* Good communication skills and the ability to liaise with senior management and stakeholders.
