The Talent Acquisition team provides support to a large, diverse and evolving client group. As the firm builds the team the firm is seeking talented candidates who can help support the talent acquisition goal of delivering superior service to the business.
While the role will primarily be focused on developing reports and analytics for the Divisional Talent CoE, there will be opportunity to work closely with the HRIS team to ensure a consistent approach is taken to reporting talent acquisition data within the firm.
This is a critical role with exposure to the talent acquisition management team and would suit a professional with a strong data, reporting analytics background gained within the service or financial industry and a good understanding of talent acquisition processes.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Consolidation of data reports for the organization. Delivery of regular Talent Acquisition reporting to the Recruiting Operations team to help drive data-based strategic decision making.
· Establishment of this role as the source of data on Talent Acquisition Related activities
· Development of strong working relationships with HRIS specialists and analytic colleagues to build and enhance reporting functionality
· Partner closely with regional teams to ensure accuracy of data
· Work with regional HR offices to understand nuances of each group
· Responsibility for tracking pipeline activity such as open roles, recruiting pipeline, hires, transfers, and other talent acquisition related activity
· Be creative and proactive in providing analytics, metrics and key performance indicators to the client group including delivery of weekly/ monthly and quarterly dashboard reports
· Key contributor to year end planning, including summary of hiring analytics for business leaders, and annual budget and forecasting process
· Senior management business presentation preparation
· Day to day data validation and spot check
EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIRED/PREFERENCE
- Associates degree in quantitative field (finance/business, engineering, science)
- Minimum 2 years work experience in an analytical role, preferably within the Finance industry, and ideally in a dedicated hr role within a services related organization.
- The successful candidate will possess exceptional analytical skills, be highly numerical with a passion for problem solving
- The ability to extract and manipulate large volumes of data from multiple systems into meaningful management information is required. The successful candidate will have the ability to identify trends and opportunities from analytics and see the implications for the business
- Exceptional technical skills:
- Advanced Excel, Access and PowerPoint are a Must.
- Past working experience with SharePoint preferred
- Past working experience with large volumes of data and scrubbing data.
- Understanding of database fundamentals
- Advanced MS Office Skills
- Ability to learn new systems quickly
- Excellent communication skills ( written, verbal and interpersonal )
- Effective at building relationships at all levels of the organization and able to accomplish objectives through influence and persuasion
- Project management experience
- Must be detail-oriented and able to prioritize multiple tasks with competing deadlines. Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain composure under pressure.
- Candidate must demonstrate sound judgment and maturity, with an ability to use discretion to maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive data
- Experience and understanding of HR talent acquisition process
