Job Description:
Responsible and accountable to provide an overview of the level of service the Corporation is offering customers. Provides an analysis of the service results by analyzing performance patterns and trends and identifying significant problem areas. Provides direction to resolve issues related to service performance. The officer directly supervises Service Performance Analysts.
