Job Description

1. Authorization Stats Reporting
2. Authorization parameter analysis and calibration
3. Falcon Management, Fraud Strategy MIS
4. Support Credit Card Authorization and Fraud MIS for SCB Countries globally
5. Assists in group initiatives/projects for Authorization and Fraud
6. RAC Back up functions

Key Roles Responsibilities

1. Authorization and Fraud Stats Reporting
- Prepare RAC Performance reports
- Generate Authorization MIS / Decline / Referral statistics for all RAC countries
- Authorizers productivity tracking Authorizers performance reporting
- Authorization Key Performance Indicator (KPI) analysis for RAC Countries
- Develop and generate Analyst Performance Score Card

2. Authorization parameter analysis and calibration
- Prepare Auth Velocity parameter analysis and calibration table for RAC countries

3. Falcon Management, Fraud Strategy MIS
- Analyze new fraud case / trend and perform rule writing and propose Fraud detection strategy changes to Management and Spoke Countries
- Monitor Falcon System Score and Rule performance
- Analyst productivity tracking Analyst Performance Reporting
( Cases worked per Hr, Productive Hrs per Day, Adherence to Block Decision Matrix )
- Key Performance Indicators ( KPI ) tracking
- Prepare regular Fraud status reporting to Management and Spoke Countries
- Falcon rule creation and performance monitoring
- Falcon System Maintenance

4. Credit Card Authorization and Fraud MIS
- Prepare Group Authorization and Fraud MIS for SCB countries globally
- Assist Group Fraud Head in fraud deck preparation

5. Assist in group initiatives/projects for Authorization and Fraud
- Cost Benefit analysis and PAR formulation for group projects
- Assist in the UAT, roll out and coordination with the countries

6. RAC Back up functions
- Act as backup authorizer / Fraud analyst during high peak volume or system downtime
- Act as backup Business analyst to perform internal operational risk control checks Finance / admin duty etc.

Qualifications Skills

1. Preferably with SAS knowledge
2. Able to work as a team player and work independently.
