As a Reporting and Performance Analyst, your primary focus will be to deliver regular programme reporting and performance indicators at a high level. You'll be maintaining and delivering project Management Information to stakeholders, to ensure they're informed and able to make key decisions based upon accurate data and briefings. You'll also manage the progress of projects including risks, issues, milestones and overall deliverables. Further responsibilities for you as the Reporting and Performance Analyst will be supporting the usage of key programme performance tools, for example change control and business case processes. And the provision of secretariat support to the Retail Transformational Programme (RTP) governance forums, including production of minutes, agendas and packs. You'll be required to interact with all project / programme teams to ensure adherence to reporting standards, either within PlanView or via reporting templates. Additionally, you'll support the provision of timely and accurate monthly reporting process for all costs (actual, budget and reforecast) including a robust process for identifying and tracking threats and opportunities, and where appropriate developing options and taking action to mitigate these risks.

Naturally as a Reporting and Performance Analyst, you'll have gained experience within an analyst role of gathering data from complex multiple sources and presenting that information in an accessible format to different audiences. Experience using PlanView and / or other project management tools would be advantageous. Due to the seniority and variety of the stakeholders that you'll be engaging with, it's essential that you have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to present information effectively using different tools.
