Reporting Manager

You'll play a key role in the newly established divisional level compliance function, which is being built to sit at the heart of the CBD. You'd be required to carry out conduct risk analysis activities across the CBD businesses and central functions.

As a Reporting Manager in CBD Compliance, you'll report to the Head of Conduct Risk Analysis and Regulatory Operations. You will operate as a conduct risk subject matter expert for the conduct risk management framework to ensure CBD conduct risks are effectively identified, measured, managed, reported and monitored. You'll undertake conduct risk assessments to challenge the business' assessment of its conduct risks, escalating significant ones. And you will undertake second line defence reporting across CBD compliance including regulatory reporting requirements. 

To be successful as a Reporting Manager in CBD Compliance, you'll have strong experience in conduct risk management frameworks and processes. Including risk appetite and MI reporting, preferably gained in a role within a compliance function, consulting firm or regulator. You will need an understanding of retail and corporate banking products, services and associated UK regulatory regimes. You'll also need the ability to understand risks, issues and impacts and manage these across a diverse series of work streams concurrently; this will require your commitment to geographic and travelling flexibility.
