Description Overview As our Reporting Manager, your primary responsibilities will be to analyze and prioritize current information projects and standard menu of services. You will manage a team of analysts through multiple projects which will include requirements gathering, report development, release cycles, standard reporting services, ad hoc requests and general consultation. You will be responsible for allocating your resources appropriately and actively communicating project plans. You will manage all stages of the reporting life cycles (intake to roll-out/transition management) within the teams portfolio platform. As the Reporting Manager, you will lead all efforts for North America Customer Service to develop and maintain consistent and standardized information and reports for all stakeholders with a key focus on establishing best practices across the organization. This role requires an energetic, creative, process-driven and detail-oriented individual with the skill set to lead a large team. The ability to think outside existing solutions to implement creative and sustainable processes will be required to be successful in this position. Key Accountabilities · Lead team of individuals who will support requirements gathering, data development, release cycles and general reporting services · Define project plans, manage expectations and deliver results while tracking the return on investment · Work with cross-functional partners to execute projects and ensure successful and timely implementation · Partner with Customer Service community to identify solutions for enhanced reporting opportunities · Proactively manage multiple projects through business prioritization and active communication with key stakeholders · Ensure successful implementation and training is executed with each project - complete with a benefits analysis and project summary · Monitor and evaluate individual performance levels · Participate in activities such as work planning, process development, resource optimization, employee goal setting, coaching, hiring, and performance monitoring.
