CVS Caremark Specialty Pharmacy, a mail service pharmacy in the Monroeville area, has opportunities available for Medical Customer Service Representatives in our Self Pay/ Call Center. Requirements include minimum one years experience in medical insurance in a self pay or customer service role. Duties include answering patient billing questions and making arrangement for payment of services rendered. Ideal candidates must have excellent assertive communication skills, attention to detail, ability to work in team environment, and PC proficiency. Exposure to large patient accounting software a plus.
Shift will be from 11:30 am to 8:00 pm.

High school diploma or equivalent.
1. Minimum 1 year medical reimbursement, self pay or related work experience. Customer service focus.
2. Experience medical insurance billing and/or self pay follow-up is a plus.
