Representative Officer in Dubai recruitment
To strengthen our Representative Office in Dubai, we are looking for a
Representative Officer to cover QATAR out of Dubai.
You will play an important role as the key interface between UBS and its stakeholders in Qatar.
This duty comprehends:
- Maintaining and developing the Qatari stakeholder network
- Providing the UBS booking centres with market proximity related added value
- Further developing the Bank's knowledge of the Qatari market
- Close cooperation with Client Advisors and other relevant units throughout UBS.
For such a role, we expect you to have:
- A min. of 8 years track record in Wealth Management or Corporate/Investment Banking or Asset Management
- Knowledge of the Swiss banking system as a Relationship Manager and/or Business Developer
- A strong business driven development profile with a natural flair for building relationships
- excellent communications interpersonal skills
- Good market knowledge of the Middle East and especially of Qatar
- A proven team spirit as you would be required to coordinate with various booking centres and product areas in WM as well as a wider cross divisional collaboration
- An ability to develop the High and Ultra High Net Worth space in Qatar and to leverage on UBS' Investment Banking and Asset Management capabilities in developing the WM business in that market
- High motivation and willingness to contribute to the success of a fast growing and dynamic market
- Fluency in English, Arabic can be an asset.
