SUMMARY DESCRIPTION : The Reprographics Production Print Specialist will be responsible for all aspects of onsite print support production services, in addition to assisting with copy, print, and scanning assignments. This will include but not be limited to the operation and maintenance of all imaging software, hardware and the creation of all data packaging deliverables. This individual will work closely with the onsite management to maintain the highest level of print services to meet or exceed the client's needs and expectations. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES · Define, document and complete client defined jobs in scanning and printing software. · Project management of both the onsite work and the client's expectations. · Manipulate data to meet the specific requirements for client deliveries, and blowback jobs. · Recognize and remedy problems encountered in workflow process. · Export and import data into various software packages. · Transfer data to portable mediums such as CD-ROMS, DVDs and external hard drives. · Perform quality control checks on data packaging, images, and blowbacks. · Keep current with software/hardware/process solutions. · Operate Binding equipment. · Record daily production volumes, maintain all logs, and must be able to meet production goals. Provide backup assistance to facilities if needed Responsible for managing inventory and ordering Supplies from multiple vendors Responsible for performing quality checks on all documents prior to being sent to customer.
