Request Automation Business Analyst

Position Description:
The Request Automation Business Analyst supports UHG Enterprise Technology Services Infrastructure Services division by analyzing, designing and improving key Infrastructure and operational processes.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation and delivery of standardized, cost effective, quality IT services
- Gather Provisional and Operational process requirements for IT Infrastructure processes
- Analyze and identify infrastructure service delivery process improvements
- Interpret requirements, develop specifications and implement process requirements related to IT Infrastructure Services
- Analyze and identify supply chain patterns, trends, constraints, and issues
- Implement improvements in Infrastructure Supply Chains
- Guide, train, instruct and assist others on process and data functionally related to IT Services
- Demonstrate strong leadership and judgment
Requirements:
- 3+ years of Data Analysis experience
- 3+ years of experience with process design and development
- 3+ years of experience with demonstrated understanding of IT Service delivery and support
- 3+ years of experience with demonstrated leadership in implementing change and team facilitation
- 3+ years of experience with process documentation in MS Visio
- Bachelor's Degree OR High School Diploma/GED + 5 years equivalent experience
Assets:
- HP Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tool experience
- Data Analytics experience
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, Project)
