Overview:
Excellent opportunity to join a large multinational investment management firm that manages a broad range of funds and customised portfolios for an international clientele of institutional investors. Based in offices in London, the successful candidate will join the Marketing Services Team and will work closely with Client Relationship Managers, taking responsibility for coordinating and writing responses to requests for proposals (RFPs). This exciting role offers the opportunity to work in an international and dynamic environment, alongside some of the leading experts within Private Markets. This role would be ideally suited to applicants with previous experience of working with RFPs, seeking long term career prospects within a growth driven, international organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Taking responsibility for coordinating and writing responses to requests for proposals (RFPs).
- Working closely with Client Relationship Managers
- Creating tailored, persuasive and high quality responses to RFPs
- Supporting Client Relationship Managers with marketing presentations and investment proposals, as well as responding to ad-hoc requests for information (RFIs)
- Working closely with the Marketing Services Team to ensure consistent marketing communication across the organisation
- Coordinating with various teams and specialists within the Company to develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date marketing material
- Participating in development projects within acquisition marketing
- Maintaining and improving sales presentations
- Creating marketing materials
You will have:
- Degree qualification or equivalent
- An understanding of the financial industry (ideally private markets)
- Solid experience in marketing, communications or product management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent project management skills and ability to work to tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
