CMS(HK) was established in 1986, wholly owned by the China Merchant Securities Company Limited, is principally engaged in the provision of a wide range of financial services including stock broking, margin financing, nominee and custodian services, IPO share financing, corporate finance advisory, provision of research reports and asset management.
Major job responsibilities:
- Primarily responsible for conducting industry and company research analysis on financial institutions, including but not limited to Hong Kong-listed banks, non-bank financial and insurance companies, etc.;
- Interacting with institutional investors and support Global Capital Markets business
- Participate in road shows and related marketing activities
Minimum Requirement:
- Master degree or above with a minimum of 2 year of relevant equities research experience or Bachelor degree with at least 4 years of equities research related experience; SFC type 4, CFA license holder preferred;
- Solid research, writing and financial modeling skill
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin. Able to prepare professional research report in both English and Chinese;
