The market research analyst position will primarily support the activities of a brokerage team that manages National leasing accounts and other major clients.  This team provides general corporate real estate services, traditional project and tenant representation services, investment sales services and other specialized real estate services.  Assignment provides an excellent opportunity to learn the commercial real estate business from the ground up with a team of seasoned real estate professionals. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Primary responsibilities include:

 

·         Gathering active corporate/commercial real estate deals in the market

·         Gathering secondary research information from sources such as Morning Star, Costar, etc.  

·         Research completed deals including accessing leases where possible

·         Compiling detailed reports of active deals and completed deals in the market

·         Attend meetings to share data prepared and participation in group discussion about activity in the marketplace.

·         Establish relationships with other brokers in the field in an effort to gather additional information on deals in the market

·         Qualitative research on potential new clients

·         Analyzing the data and writing reports that highlight some of the key findings from the quantitative research

·         Creating and editing Market Research Data presentations

             

             

QUALIFICATIONS

 

·     Several years’ experience in Commercial Real Estate

·     Strong analytical skills required

·     Excellent written and interpersonal skills required

·     Ability to learn real estate fundamentals and commercial markets quickly

·     Well organized and capable of handling multiple assignments simultaneously

·     Highly motivated

·     Ability to work independently

·     Bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance, or business preferred, but not required

·     Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Power Point required, Graphic Design preferred

             

 

   

Salary Range: 

To Be determined based on Experience and Skill Set.  Starting $40K
