• e-business performance (testing website efficiency)
• media advertising (pre-testing and tracking of online and cross medial advertising campaigns)

MetrixLab is looking for an experienced and motivated Research Manager to join our Brand, Media Advertising team.
Candidate profile:
We are looking for a talented Research Manager with a couple of years experience for project management and delivery of all aspects of brand, media and advertising research, including pre-and post-launch advertising effectiveness evaluation and cross media evaluation, and brand advertising tracking
The ideal candidate would have:
• at least 3 years of relevant experience within Market Research
• a relevant university degree (e.g. Marketing / Business / Psychology / Economics / Communications etc.)
• experience with quantitative research methods and techniques
• experience with brands, advertising or media
• interest in interpreting numbers and other data into actual results and insights for clients
• a commercial attitude; as the client’s needs are your first priority
In addition we are looking for a candidate that:
• is able to show initiative
• has excellent analytical skills
• enjoys sharing knowledge and experience with others to improve their skills
• is flexible and likes to work within a dynamic organization
• is able to express themself professionally on paper as well as in spoken word
• is able to work independently and has the right mindset for the necessary teamwork
• You will be responsible for the day to day delivery of projects as part of a research team, working closely with senior consultants
Other responsibilities are:
• generating quantitative online research studies
• internal co-ordination and guiding of research studies
• designing and programming questionnaires
• analyzing and interpreting research data
• presenting and reporting on research results through PowerPoint presentation as well as in person
• maintaining a healthy and strong relationship with the client by keeping contact on a regular basis
• guiding and coaching a team of motivated junior research managers
