Company Background
NXMH is an Asian family office, which recently opened a European branch in Brussels. The European team is managing around a 1 billion euros worth of assets and has earmarked 50 million euros for equity and fixed income investments..
The role and key responsibilities
As a financial analyst you will be responsible for analyzing the financial markets in order to spot different investment opportunities. You will be specifically focusing on the equity and fixed income markets.
On a daily basis you will be monitoring the portfolio, tracking the financial market trends and building up an in-depth knowledge of sectors. You will perform quantitative and qualitative research and form your opinion on the performance of companies. You will summarize your analysis in order to take investment decisions with your management.
Requirements
To be effective in the role candidates should have the following:
• Excellent academic background
• Good knowledge of financial products such as equities and bonds
• 1~3 years of relevant experience in the financial sector
• Interpersonal skills
• Microsoft office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• A fluent level of English is mandatory
