Research Associate – Executive Search / Recruitment recruitment

Responsibilities:

• The Research Associate will worked within a team to develop an understanding of her assigned market and will be responsible gathering market intelligence to help mapping out organizational structures which will be used for networking, business development, and successful completion of projects

• Candidate Generation: The individual will responsible for the identification, research, and assessment of potential candidates for job opportunities. Where appropriate, they will conduct in-person interviews with the candidates. 

• Source suitable candidates via the follow tools:

- Internal Database

- Internet resources: Search Engines, Linkedin, Industry / Trade Publications, Networking tools

- Bloomberg

- Headhunting

• The Research Associate will work on ad-hoc projects: database maintenance, update interviews, etc as well as have the opportunity to work on specific assignments focused on all steps associated with the identification, research, and assessment of potential candidates for job opportunities.

• Client Relationship Management Business Development: When appropriate, the individual will be tasked with deepening / developing relationships with existing and potential clients.

Requirements:

• Candidates will have up to 3 years of works experience preferably in an Executive Search firm, Financial Services, Project Management or Research environment.

• Candidates with limited work experience, must have strong internship experience

• A strong track record of academic achievement

• Must have strong communication skills: verbal and written

• Outstanding interpersonal and relationship building skills.

• Must want to work in a high energy, resulted oriented environment

• Understanding of Banking Financial markets would be beneficial but is not essential.
