Research Associate – China Consumer recruitment
Working in a team based environment and reporting to the Head of China Consumer, you will be responsible for:
- working with the senior analyst covering institutions in the consumer sector
- You will be responsible for the creation and delivery of high-quality research products
- Your priority will be to gain client recognition by providing top tier client services, evidenced through internal client rankings and external surveys
- You will also be required to prepare research presentations and reports for internal and external clients, writing sector notes and helping prepare in-depth company reports
To qualify for this role, you will be responsible for:
- A degree holder with 1 to 3 years of equity research experience in the HK/China market
- Previous experience in the China Consumer sector or similar
- A willingness to learn/train under top tier analyst (independent coverage will happen with 12 to 18 months)
- Proactive, hardworking and strong analytical and communication skills
- Native Mandarin speaker
