We are seeking to appoint an academic to join a team working on a project funded by an Australian Research Council Discovery Grant titled ‘New Models of Co-operative Federalism in Australia – Constitutional Principles and Practice’. The project will analyse key public law issues impacting on the contemporary practice of ‘co-operative’ federalism in Australia.
The academic will be located within a leading research centre, the Gilbert + Tobin Centre of Public Law in the School of Law, and will assist Professors Andrew Lynch and George Williams AO with research and the organisation of scholarly and public events connected to the project.
This is a full -time fixed term position sbsio
7years from the time of appointment.
