SCOPE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Research Associate is an integral part of the Life Science Practice Group, and a key component of the executive search process.

Reporting to a Managing Director in the Life Science Practice and the Global Head of Research, this individual will lead research efforts and develop search strategies to identify key executives and senior management professionals within the Life Sciences Industry for key search engagements. This individual will also track industry developments, including information on clients and target companies, to develop his/her own knowledge base and to share with key Consultants in the Practice.

The successful candidate will have the ability to perform research on the Life Sciences Industry, including but not limited to identifying the organizational structures of companies. He/She will identify strong talent for our client's executive positions. The ideal candidate will be curious and have a drive for excellence. He/She will be able to thrive in a dynamic, changing environment. This individual will have the passion and dedication to learn the intricacies of the Life Sciences industry including understanding new technologies, regulatory requirements, and many other areas.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
•
Life Science industry knowledge and strong project management skills are highly desirable •
Ideal candidate will have experience recruiting within Clinical Development, Regulatory Affairs or commercial positions in Life Sciences •
A demonstrated ability on how to logically solve problems. •
Outstanding written and oral skills.
Strong communication skills and the ability to develop a good rapport both in person and over the telephone is a must. •
A team player, who likes the fast pace and excitement of the Life Science industry will thrive in this type of recruitment position.
