The position is based in NYC.
As Research Associate you will be supporting senior Executive Search Consultants with the following:
- Researching different markets and market firms
- Gathering and organizing information about market trends within financial services firms
- Identifying and approaching qualified candidates and clients
- Reaching out to and following up with candidates to assess their qualifications
- Preparing market-related presentations for clients
- Maintain schedules for client, candidate, and interview meetings

Ideal candidate would have:
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or marketing/sales organization
- Great organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience in cold calling
- Energy and self-motivation to see projects to completion
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Understanding of recruitment industry and/or finance
- Have B.S. or B.B.A. degree
We offer a very attractive compensation and benefits package, which includes a salary and performance based commissions.
