The Role
Bloomberg Industries is seeking an experienced editor for its research team in London.
The editor will be responsible for editing research created by the Bloomberg Industries
department and publishing for distribution to clients. A successful editor will be able to
translate industry jargon and concepts into language understandable to all Bloomberg clients,
and to deliver clear and concise copy under real-time deadlines. The editor must be
comfortable working within a team environment. Bloomberg Industries is a new research tool
that focuses on fundamental trend and thematic analysis.
Skills required
- Experience in editing business journalism or equities research.
- Detailed knowledge of companies, financial markets, business and the economy.
- Ability to edit quickly and concisely under deadline pressure
- Working knowledge of Bloomberg Professional Service and Bloomberg Way news style are a plus
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
