Role:

Support the team in the day-to-day management and delivery of their research projects, getting involved in every aspect of the projects.
Support the broader Consumer team and get involved in ad-hoc research. This would give them an opportunity to work with various different clients and departments within the company (qual, stats team, etc.)
We are constantly looking to grow and develop the trackers we run at the moment. The RE would support us in researching and developing the studies further, including the development of ad hoc studies.
We are looking for a pro-active, passionate person to work on some of our key accounts, with the main focus on tracking web and media satisfaction.

Qualifications, skills and applicable experience:

Solid agency experience with 1 - 2 years' experience including 'classic' agency training in the fundamentals of quantitative research.
Be well-versed in writing questionnaires
Be able to compose meaningful charts and professional presentations
Must be effective at analysing data and able to clearly communicate and articulate results/ key findings
Will be a key part of the web and media research team, and heavily involved in running and managing projects, from set up and questionnaire writing to analysing and writing presentations
It is hoped that the right candidate will progress quickly to dealing with clients autonomously, writing proposals and debriefing
