Requirements:
- Recognized university Bachelor or Masters Degree with a minimum of 3 years working experience, preferably with 3 years in a business consulting role with a leading consultancy firm
- Experience in one of the following areas is required :
- Finance process and transformation
- Human capital strategies
- Customer engagement strategies
- Market research and statistical analysis
- Business process and operations review
- Strong client service orientation, with an ability to generate commercial insights and adapt method and practices to meet clients' needs
- Ability to establish personal credibility quickly and demonstrate expertise
- Ability to create a positive learning culture, coach and develop team members
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
