Our client is a leading International Property organization. They operate Globally and own and run large property portfolios.
Job Description
This position will be responsible for delivering targeted macro research for the infrastructure and construction sectors, both in Australia and in selected international markets.
In this role the Research Executive will identify, interpret and analyse key trends impacting the infrastructure and construction business and produce forecasts for these sectors.
The role will be responsible for making recommendations and providing market intelligence to the business unit leaders and the executive leadership of the group towards shaping the company’s strategy in relation to infrastructure and construction.
The Successful Applicant
To be successful in this role you will have several years work experience within research and forecasting, ideally within the Infrastructure and Construction Industry.
- Experience in research analysis, interrupting data and market mapping
- Ability to interpret and analyse economic, market trends and apply them to corporate decision making process
- Ability to use mathematical, statistical and financial tolls to derive inferences from raw data
- High level of capability to work with mathematical concepts and apply them to practical situations
