Research Fellow - Tumor Imaging Metrics Core

Job Description Brief Description: Research fellow needed to perform tumor measurements on radiological scans for oncology clinical trials in the imaging core laboratory of a Comprehensive Cancer Center, with opportunity for research projects. Full Description: Research fellow needed join our team which provides image assessment and tumor measurements for the Tumor Imaging Metrics Core (TIMC) laboratory at the Dana Farber/Harvard Cancer Center (DF/HCC). This position requires excellent knowledge of anatomy, radiology background with expertise in cross-sectional imaging, and experience using computer workstations for image analysis (2D or 3D). Familiarity with assessment criteria for oncology clinical trials (RECIST, Cheson, Choi, EORTC, etc) is helpful. The TIMC provides measurement services for more than 350 clinical trials and eleven disease programs for five Harvard teaching hospitals (Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, Brigham and Women?s Hospital, Mass General Hospital, Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Children?s Hospital Boston). CT, MR and PET imaging modalities are used. There is opportunity to pursue research projects. Two-year commitment required. See website www.tumormetrics.org for more information.
