Research Manager recruitment
The Research Manager is responsible for managing a regional team of researchers and overseeing the training, coverage and validation of the particular region. The position will liaise and build relationships with banks, maintaining data quality standards and expanding data coverage.
Responsiblities:
• Maintain and establish research contacts for the regional market
• Create, review and improve data quality processes and checks on an ongoing basis
• Manage the quarterly data reconciliation for the regional market
• Ensure data validation and quality is maintained at optimum levels
• Provide excellence of service to clients and internal departments
• Manage Research staff (manage day-to-day activities; develop quarterly and annual plans; train staff; review performance; set expectations for growth and development)
• Manage data projects with strict deadlines
