Researcher – Executive Search

Role: The role as a Researcher within the Hanover Search Group entails more than sourcing and data entry. Within one or a number of the divisions, the candidate will assist their Consultants, Partners and Managing Directors in every aspect of the business. Attending all client and candidate meetings, liaising with the Group on existing and future mandates, creating and presenting research documents and working closely with the Group administration on all business matters. The Hanover Search Group offers a great structure for progression which is solely determined on ability and achievement. Transition from Researcher to Consultant is easily achievable within the first 12-18 months. The researcher role is 80% telephone based, speaking with Clients, Candidates and new leads on a daily basis.
Candidate: We are looking for enthusiastic, intelligent and sociable people to join the Hanover Search Group. Degree educated and/or with prior experience within Executive Search, Sales or the Financial sector the ideal candidate will be career focussed with a desire to progress within the Group. Grammar and punctuation are key and an understanding of Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point programs are vital.
