Researcher – Compliance and Legal recruitment
Morgan McKinley are the recruiter of choice to the majority of tier 1 financial services firms in London, so this position will involve you working directly with some of the most reputable Investment Banks, Asset Management, Private and Wealth Management firms in the UK.
Key responsibilities of the role will include; Conducting candidate interviews, both face to face and on the telephone; Attracting candidates by drafting adverts for use in a wide range of media, as well as by networking, headhuting and through referrals; Mapping the Compliance and Legal markets within the Financial Services and building a talent pool of candidates within these markets; Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and short-listing candidates; Understanding client briefs and directly sourcing candidates for specific roles.
The ideal candidate will hold an undergraduate degree or equivalent and will be business-facing, proactive and enthusiastic.
