From our offices in London, we operate Globally across London, New York, Hong Kong, Singapore and Tokyo. Since our inception in 2005, we have developed core practice areas in Trading, Sales, Broking, Quantitative Analytics, Structuring and Finance. Within these practice areas we specialise in placing high net worth professionals in Investment Banks, Hedge Funds and Consultancies.
Our clients are consistently looking to hire the highest calibre and talented individuals in the market. For us to be competitive and deliver we need to provide them with accurate market intelligence and the most talented candidates on the market, this is done through rigorous research. Therefore we are looking for a bright, highly motivated and driven Researcher to join our team to support the Search Consultants in the delivery of high level mandates within Financial Services.
Responsibilities will include:
- Research, sourcing and identification of candidates through internet and telephone research and networking.
- Initial approaches to ascertain a candidate’s background in their area of expertise.
- Building market maps of teams in Asia, Europe and U.S.
- General office admin as required.
You need to be articulate, confident, credible with Senior Directors and possess the ability to network at all levels. We are looking for someone who is flexible, mentally agile, willing to go the extra mile, creative in their approach to individual projects, and keen to build a successful career within International Executive Search. Ideally, you will have sales or financial services experience.
