Researcher / trainee headhunter recruitment
Graduate researcher / trainee headhunter – immediate start, Central London (temp to perm position)
Bridgeman International is a Central London based Executive Search firm, established 4 years ago. We are a small boutique recruiter and head hunters working with prestige Financial Services organisations across Europe.
We have an opportunity for an individual to join us in May / June to work initially on a 3 month fixed term contract paying £5500 (Pro-Rata £22,000 PA). If the individual wishes to apply for a trainee recruiter / head hunter position at the end of the fixed term contract, we would welcome this conversation.
Initial duties for the 3 months are:
- Database entry and coding (training provided)
- Telephone based research conversations with Candidates
- Name Gathering (training provided)
At the end of the 3 month fixed term contract you are welcome to apply for a permanent role as a Recruitment Consultant which attracts basic salary of £22-50,000 with an OTE of £50-100,000, plus a benefits package. Full training would be provided.
Role Requirements:
- Diligent with good attention to detail
- Clear communication skills with fluent business level English language skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Word and basic Excel skills
- UK Work Permit
- Minimum 280 UCAS points
