Researcher within Executive Search Job in City Of London, London UK
The Research Consultant will be expected to carry out an intensive amount of research in order to identify and attract the best possible candidates whilst working to specific client requirements. In order to then progress to become a successful Search Consultant.
The research involved within the role will include market mapping, identifying leading companies, candidate networking, ensuring market knowledge as-well as identifying, attracting, qualifying and interviewing top performers within the financial or IT Industry.
The ideal candidate will therefore be:
- Educated to BSc (Hons) level
- Commercially aware.
- Success and money motivated.
- Able to network and converse with senior executives both on the phone and face to face.
- Able to work to specific deadlines and targets.
Any area of finance
· Senior enough to headhunt Managing directors
· People who do not want a consultant role for more than 2-3 years / they need a researcher who will commit to the role
· They will still see contingent people but I emphasis they are keen on people who know the research role already.
You should have a tenacious nature and desire to succeed within a very competitive industry, success will be rewarded within this role.
