An opportunity exists for an experienced front line sales person who will be responsible for playing a key role in the development of finance opportunities through our vendor partners to achieve set quotas. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong working relationships with IT resellers within your geographical territory. You will liaise with reseller management to review performance against sales targets and industry averages whilst developing strategies and promotional offerings to increase finance penetration. You will also be responsible for coaching, mentoring, and developing the finance knowledge of Reseller staff to achieve business targets. You will work closely with all facets of the Reseller sales channel to be seen as a valuable business partner.
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have excellent sales and marketing skills
- Be results orientated, with a strong focus on closing deals and servicing customer needs
- Have well developed interpersonal skills in order to communicate effectively with resellers, sales staff, credit analysts and external customers
- Be able to develop good relationships with a diverse Reseller network
- Have strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Have strong planning and decision making skills
- Be well disciplined, with good organisation and time management skills
- Possess a current Drivers Licence
- Be passionate and demonstrate a high level of self motivation
