If so, we are looking to recruit for a Reservation Agent for our busy and expanding Reservations Team based in High Wycombe.
Are you looking to develop your customer service skills to the next level? You may be working in retail or the hospitality sector and are looking for a career change or are in an environment where you are dealing with customers either face to face or on the telephone. If so, this role would be perfect for you.
Key tasks:
- Provide all National Accounts customers with a dedicated car hire reservations service
- Process hire requests, amendments and terminations for all National Accounts customers
- Handle all customer queries efficiently
- To continually work within our set SLA's (Service Level Agreements)
- Build and maintain good working relationships with all Customer's, Thrifty Locations and our Subcontractor's
Desirable experience/skills are:
- Focussed on Customer Service
- Great attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise and work well under pressure
- Ability to handle high volumes of telephone calls coupled with a confident telephone manner
- Team player with a 'can do' attitude
The salary is between £15,000 - £16,000 per annum.
