This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Inbound Call Centre Manager or Supervisor to lead and manage the operation of an Inbound Call Centre. You will ensure that all KPI targets are achieved, improving customer quality by monitoring call quality, customer service and system processes in this sales driven environment.
You must have strong performance management skills and have the ability to identify and implement new systems and processes to ensure efficiency, measuring and improving conversion ratio from enquiries to reservations, and that correct procedures are followed. You will also have good negotiation, sales and numeracy skills.
Ensuring that good customer service is maintained by reviewing and improving call quality and accuracy of data capture. Managing performance by encouraging the reservations team to identify additional sales opportunities and then provide accurate and timely information to a team of Business Development and Area Managers.
You must have good technical knowledge of call centre telephone systems and processes and understand how to ensure efficient systems are adopted by the team with a proven record of leading, motivating, developing and coaching. Demonstrating an ability to build and develop good relationships with other departments.
Working at our Romsey Call Centre, we offer full training, a salary of £30,000.00 per annum, working 45 hours per week on a 7 day rota basis (may include some Saturday and Sunday working). Additional benefits include access to Company Pension Scheme.
