American Training RESIDENTIAL ADVOCATES American Training, Inc. is looking for energetic new team members to work full-time in a group home setting for adolescents and also in the community in Lawrence. Positions involve working with young adults, assisting them with medication, boundary setting, learning independent living skills and accessing the community. Ideal candidates will love working with young people; have a positive, can-do attitude; a lot of energy; and a flexible schedule to include both weekdays and some weekend hours.
