Residential Case Manager (QDDP)
AWS is looking for a flexible, dedicated person to assist in overseeing group home setting serving adults w/ intellectualdisabilities high medical needs. CaseManager will develop monitor individual support plans, serve as a liaison, provide support, training supervision to staff, provide crisis inter-vention comply w/ all state federal regulations. This position is on-call 24/7.Candidates must possess bachelors degree in social service field, valid drivers license, previous mgmt. exp. at least 1 yr. exp. assisting people w/ intellectual/develop-mental disabilities.
