Currently, the Key Program is seeking Residential Caseworkers to work in our Pittsfield residential locations. RESIDENTIAL CASEWORKERS
This challenging entry-level position provides the developing direct-care professional with skill enhancement opportunities in the areas of client case management, educational advocacy, life skills instruction, informal counseling and behavioral management while working directly with DCF and DMH referred clients. A BA/BS degree is preferred. Candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends and holidays.
The Key Program offers full-time employees a comprehensive benefit package including medical, dental, life and disability insurances; tuition assistance and paid vacation. Candidates must be at least 21 years of age and have a vehicle available for work. Final candidates must submit to a criminal records background check and a check of the state-wide child abuse and neglect central registry before an offer of employment is extended.
