Residential Conveyancer Job in Hampshire, Southern UK
Residential Conveyancer IMMEDIATE START
Maternity Cover- 6 months
£30,000 pro rata
An exciting opportunity has arisen to work with one of the largest homebuilders in the UK.
You will be working closely with the Regional Solicitor in all legal aspects of the purchase of substantial sites for residential development.
You will:
• Visit sites being purchased with the Regional Solicitor and assist in the preparation of legal reports.
• Attend pre-exchange meetings.
• Draft documents for sales to Housing Association e.g., Land Agreements, Development Agreements, Transfers, Leases and Parent Company Guarantees
• Draft contracts for Sale of Incidental Land and Ancillary Transfers
• Draft Deeds of Variation for Section 106 Agreements.
• Carry out title investigations, submit search requests and research legal topics
The successful candidate will have proven experience of Property Law and Residential Conveyancing gained either in private practice or in-house.
This role would suit ILEX, LPC or newly qualified/junior solicitor (up to 5 pqe)
