Residential Custom Home Product Sales Representative

Custom Home Product Sales
Creates organic growth of new residential sales, while focused on a specialized customer group within a defined geographic area. Working primarily from a referral generated lead pool, focuses on securing profitable Custom Home sales and upgrades to new ADT Residential customers. Demonstrates a keen understanding of the customer’s needs and delivers effective solutions. Maximizes customer satisfaction and improves customer retention by initiating post installation follow-ups.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and developing new customers
- Selling additional products and services to existing customers
- Awareness of customer's business environment and resolving customer service issues
Requirements:
- Experience with any of the following is a PLUS: Home Automation / Home Theatre Systems, low voltage sales and/or prior security sales to the Luxury Home Market.
- Minimum 2 years of Outside Sales and/or sales management experience REQUIRED.
- Has demonstrated success in handling high volume sales transactions, working with high-end customers with large bids over the last 4 years.
- Has a proven track record in consultative selling and networking with professionals.
